Welcome Incoming Class of First-Year Students!  Below is information for those interested in taking Russian language at W&L. It is exciting to begin a new language in college. Be bold and daring!  Who can tell where this journey may lead?   For those who have already taken the plunge and have some language background, be sure to contact us!

Specific information for Fall placement will be posted during the summer.

No Background in Russian

Students with no background in Russian language should register for RUSS 111.  For all questions about the Russian language program, please contact Professor Anna Brodsky (brodskya@wlu.edu).

Some Background in Russian

Students with background in Russian should contact Professor Anna Brodsky (brodskya@wlu.edu) to schedule an individual interview before first-year class registration.
