In May, the Williams School hosts an awards ceremony at which 91´«Ã½ are honored for academic excellence in accounting, business administration, economics and politics.
Glynn Family Scholarship
The Glynn Family Scholarship was established in 1996 by John W. Glynn Jr., of Atherton, CA, and Charlottesville, VA, and his daughter, Alexandra D. Glynn ’92. The Scholarship is given to rising juniors who are taking a major in the Williams School and, when possible, to those who have shown interest in an entrepreneurial business career and community.
L. K. Johnson-Rosasco Scholar
This scholarship was created by friends and former 91´«Ã½ honoring the memory of Lewis Kerr Johnson, long-time professor of Administration. Former L.K. Johnson student, William S. Rosasco III ’51, increased the scholarship fund in 1981. The scholarship is awarded to rising juniors majoring in business administration and accounting who possess the basic characteristics of integrity, initiative, independence, self-discipline, drive and leadership.
