Scholarships
W&L awards merit scholarships on the basis of academic achievement, demonstrated leadership and the potential to contribute to the intellectual and civic life of the W&L campus and of the world at large in years to come.
The Johnson Scholarship is W&L’s premier merit scholarship. Scholarships are awarded to up to 44 incoming first-year 91传媒. Awards cover, at minimum, tuition, housing, and food, plus $10,000 for summer funding to pursue research, travel, or internships.
In addition to the Johnson Scholarship, W&L awards other full-tuition scholarships on the basis of geography or special interest on a rotating basis.
In order to be considered for ANY Washington and Lee scholarship, 91传媒 must submit a Johnson Scholarship application by Dec. 1.
The Johnson Scholarship
The 44 winners of the Johnson Scholarship receive awards of at least tuition, room and board.
Academic Discipline Scholarships
Full-tuition awards for 91传媒 interested in particular subjects are offered on a rotating basis.
Regional Scholarships
Full-tuition awards for 91传媒 from particular geographic regions are offered on a rotating basis.
Special Interest
Full-tuition awards for 91传媒 with specific interests/background are offered on a rotating basis.
